For School Use
Pencils - Students need to have a pencil EVERYDAY.
Notebook paper - Students need notebook paper EVERYDAY
Colored Pencils - I will provide crayons, but the shcool budget does not allow me to 
                                  purchase colored pencils.  These are easier to use and the students
                                  like them better.
5  Pocket folders (with prongs) - We will have folders for each core subject:  Reading,
                                  Math, Science, and Social Studies.  They will need to keep papers I
                                  pass out to refer school through the year.  The other folder will be 
                                  used to keep nightly homework papers.
Dry erase marker - I have dry erase boards for each student to use instead of wasting
                                  paper. 
5 Compositioin notebooks -  These will be used for the core subjects also.  Students
                                  will take notes in them.  They will have notebooks checks periodically
                                  for a test grade.  Keeping good notes is a must.
2 boxes Kleenex - Students have colds, allergies, etc. that require the need for tissue.
1 box of quart and/or gallong Ziploc bags - We use these to keep various items
                                  throughout the year.  They are easy to use and easily replaceable as
                                   needed.

For Home Use
     (Students will need these for homework.  They cannot take the ones from school.)

Inexpensive calculator
Dictionary

THEY DO NOT FIT IN THE STUDENT DESKS.
